The music programme for RunCzech events is curated in collaboration with the programming teams behind United Islands and Metronome Prague, with whom we have worked closely for many years. Together, we select DJs and performers whose music not only helps runners maintain their pace and motivation throughout the race, but also entertains and engages spectators along the course and in the finish area.
Each artist is carefully chosen based on the quality of their performance, musical style, and ability to create an electrifying atmosphere that perfectly complements the energy, dynamics, and rhythm of the entire event.
The music programme at Upper Square will be provided by the Olomouc-based band Nightcall. Visitors can look forward to a selection of popular Czech and international hits. For more than seven years, the band has been entertaining audiences across the Czech Republic, and their positive energy and vibrant performance will enhance the atmosphere in the finish zone throughout race day.
Led by singer and violinist Eva Zouharová, the band is guaranteed to put everyone in a great mood and keep the energy flowing – there’s no doubt about it!

An improvisational power trio performing both original music and cover versions across a variety of genres, all wrapped in their distinctive guitar-driven sound. The band members come from different parts of former Czechoslovakia, and Sugar and Spice Holding Company emerged naturally from jam sessions and other musical gatherings.
The band loves inviting talented guest musicians to join them on stage, embracing improvisation and creating a unique connection with the audience. Their performances are spontaneous, energetic, and built around a shared musical dialogue that brings performers and listeners together.
Critical Acclaim is a rock band from Přerov that has been active on the music scene since 2014 and has performed hundreds of shows on stages across the Czech Republic and abroad. Their music blends energetic alternative rock, powerful melodies, and raw emotion, creating a sound that captivates audiences from the very first note.
