Account manager
We are looking for a capable manager who will be responsible for communication, planning and development of cooperation with a diverse portfolio of partner companies.
Main tasks
- cooperation with entrusted partners (sponsors) of the company
- daily communication with partners regarding their needs/requirements/ideas – new opportunities to promote the project, etc.
- partnership strategy for planning new activities, financial efficiency
- search for new partners
- planning new activities
- presentation of news - / meetings / contracts with Partners / Sponsors / Suppliers / Institutions
- control of communication, promotion, marketing tools, internet content, materials for runners related to partners - correctness of logos, all according to contracts
Profile
- Czech and English spoken and written (daily communication)
- time flexibility with regard to the running of the company and its current needs
- user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- good communication skills in daily contact with people
- personal responsibility
- the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- enthusiasm and sportsmanship

Independent accountant
Main tasks
- complete accounting of receivables, payables, banks, cash registers
- processing of monthly DPH statements and inspection report
- closing operations, inventory
- cooperation in the processing of the tax return
- communication with the tax advisor and auditor
- other administrative work in the accounting department
Profile
- Secondary school/university in economics
- knowledge of accounting and tax laws
- experience in accounting min. 2 years
- knowledge of the Duel program is an advantage
- knowledge MS Office
- time flexibility with regard to the running of the company and its current needs
- independence
- English language at a communicative level

Web & content manager

Responsibilities
- Taking care of our websites.
- Working with our marketing and event teams.
- Creating and managing web content.
- Taking care about the CMS system.
- Communication with our IT partners.
Requirements
- HTML and CSS proficiency
- CMS system experience (preferably EDEE, WordPress)
- basic knowledge of UX / UI and SEO is desirable
- experience with digital and e-mail marketing tools desirable
- e. g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
- knowledge of Shoptet system
- ability to speak English fluently on daily basis
- experience with editing or correcting both Czech and English text is an advantage
- stress resilience and time flexibility
- positive and proactive attitude
