Individual Training

Do you want to start running properly? Do you need help with correcting and consulting your running style? Do you have tons of questions regarding running? Are you too busy to join a group running training? Do you want an individual approach and getting the maximum from your training? Use the opportunity to get an individual training!

Included in an individual training:

• Proper warm up, Running drills, exercise to improve running style
• Running workouts to to help you improve pace, speed, volume ran
• Cool down, stretching, mobility
• Unlimited use of the Sport Lounge during your training day
• Use of showers, changing rooms and lockers 
• Replies and explanations to all your questions
• Help with choosing new shoes and other geer, recommendations 
• Help with race preparation, tips how to get ready before as well as for the race
• Price: 1000 CZK for one training session (approx. 1 hr)
• We recommend minimum 3 training sessions (in which case you get 300 CZK off)
• Special price for 10 training sessions – 10th one is free

If you are interested, please contact us on [email protected] or visit us in Running Mall. After being contacted by the coach, you will set up the training together. If not agreed otherwise, all the training happens in Running Mall and if you need to change the time of the session or cancel the session 24 hrs before it is supposed to happen, the training is unfortunately forfaited.
