About Running Mall

Running Mall is a training center for runners and the base of the RunCzech running community.

We offer group running sessions focused on speed development, technique improvement, strength training, and also easy social runs — all led by experienced coaches who can guide you from absolute beginner to marathon-ready. Our trainings are suitable for runners of any level who want to improve their fitness, running skills, or prepare for races.

We also provide facilities if you just want to go for a run.

Throughout the year, we organize special runs (Christmas, birthday, pre-race, to mark the start or end of the season, etc.), which are usually accompanied by a sit-down, discussion or small party. Every February we also organize a 5km Valentine’s Run.

As part of further running education, we organize discussions with elite runners or running professionals who share their experiences, tips and experiences with us.


Instructions for registration/signing up for training

  1. Open the website www.runczech.com
  2. Click on the menu and select the Running Mall facility
  3. Open the calendar and choose the specific training session
  4. Select whether you want to pay with a Multisport card, a 20-session or 10-session card
  5. Register / log in to your profile – create a new profile as it is different from the old registration system and different from the Runners ID
  6. Check the registration summary
  7. Pay the amount of 200 CZK (price for 1 training session)
  8. If the payment is made with a Multisport card or a 20-session or 10-session card, upon arrival at the training session, after paying with one of these methods, the credit (200 CZK) will be refunded back to your profile
  9. A confirmation email will be sent regarding the registration for the chosen training session
  10. The amount of 200 CZK must be loaded during the first registration every time, otherwise, it will not be possible to sign up for any training session!

Running Trainings

Join our running training sessions to guide you through various techniques and race preparation. We offer:

  • Mattoni FreeRun – Training for everyone who likes to run for free and in a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Running Technique – Improve your running style and efficiency.
  • Wake up run – An energizing morning run for an active start to the day.
  • Long run – A long run focused on endurance and preparation for longer distances.
  • Fundamentals of running – Ideal for beginners who want to learn proper running basics.
  • Progress run
  • VO2max: VO2max Boost training is aimed at improving your maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max), which is a key indicator of your endurance performance.
  • Sunrise Run: You can look forward to intervals, fartlek, stairs, hills or even just a light jog.

Other Trainings

If you want to improve your mobility, flexibility or strength, try our specialized training sessions:

  • Mobility & Core – Training focused on improving flexibility and strengthening the core.
  • Functional Training – Exercises that improve your overall strength, endurance and coordination.

Individual Training

For those who prefer a personal approach, we offer individual training sessions that are tailored to your specific needs and goals. With our experienced trainers, you can focus on the specific areas you want to improve and create a customized training plan.
