Emergency card

In cooperation with our partner HEDVEA, we are bringing the first online health card for runners in the Czech Republic – a simple system that can save lives in an emergency.

STEPS after purchasing a RunCzech race:

• First login using your RunnersID at: https://runczech.hedveaemergency.com/auth/login, where you must agree to provide personal data
• After logging in, you will be taken to the runner’s emergency card.
• After filling in the information on the emergency card, you must check the box for the sworn statement confirming the truthfulness of the information entered.
• You can go to the races tab, where all PAID RunCzech races will appear.
• You activate the Emergency Card by purchasing it – you do this by selecting one or more races.
• Fill in your payment card details.
• You confirm the payment.
• You will receive a proof of payment.

Comment:

• Customer service for card issues (digital health information): [email protected]
• If a runner fills out an emergency card and does not pay, the card is inactive (you can tell by the red backlight at the races).
• Payment is not tied to the completed emergency card. Therefore, the data can be added even after payment.
• If the card is active (paid) for the given race (displayed in green).
• You can change the data on your emergency card at any time (even after payment).
• You can come back later to pay.
