RunCzech Halfs
The Generali Prague Half Marathon is part of the RunCzech Halfs series, linking five half marathons across the Czech Republic. Runners who complete half marathons in Prague, Karlovy Vary, České Budějovice, Olomouc and Ústí nad Labem will receive a medal and a place in the RunCzech Halfs Hall of Fame. Progress can be tracked via the digital Runners ID profile, where the interactive medal unlocks and achievements can be shared.
Running Doctors
RunCzech has created a specialized group called Running Doctors, who will take part in the race just like all other participants, but their main role will be to monitor runners and provide assistance in case of medical issues.
Sport, health, and solidarity — we run together. That is the motto of the new RunCzech Running Doctors project. These are qualified healthcare professionals who also have appropriate running abilities. Thanks to their race experience combined with their professional expertise, they are able to act quickly, calmly, and effectively directly in real race conditions.
The doctors will be positioned along the course based on their pace, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the entire route.
1,482 volunteers are helping to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Charitable organizations
This year, the Generali Prague Half Marathon once again demonstrates that running can go far beyond sport. Through participating charitable organizations, more than 1,000 registrations have been sold, resulting in a total financial contribution reaching millions of Czech crowns.
Behind every registration stands a runner, a personal decision and a meaningful act of support. By connecting their race entry with a charitable cause, runners have helped create a tangible and measurable impact. Thanks to this initiative, the participating charities have gained significant resources that can now be directed where they are most needed.
A number of charitable organizations took part in the resale program, and we would like to sincerely thank every runner who chose to run not only for a finish time, but also for a greater purpose.
The Generali Prague Half Marathon is therefore not just about crossing the finish line. It is about community, solidarity and real impact.
