The first step for every runner is to pick up their race number, which you can collect at our Running Mall. You will also receive all the essential race information there.
Race numbers must be collected individually or by someone with online authorization. You can find instructions on how to authorize someone [here].
While you’re there, pick up your race number and grab any last-minute gear at our RunCzech Store — or book a massage or training session to get race-ready.
The start number assignment took place on august 19, 2026, which you will receive by email 25. 8. 2026. If you will not receive the email, log in to your Runners ID and check if you have a start number in the “My Races” field. If this did not happen, there is probably a problem, so contact us at [email protected]. Please don’t forget to check your SPAM folder.
Dear runners, When picking up your race envelope with your race number at the Running Expo, we kindly ask you to check your race number as soon as possible. If the number has been incorrectly assigned, please immediately contact the organizers at the race office, who will exchange it for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: The start envelope alone cannot be used as a substitute for the race bib during the event. The timing chip is attached only to the race bib.
Please fill in the health information on the back side of your start number and a contact person in case emergency.

What should I take with me
To collect your start number you need to show us your ID or passport. You should also know your start number – you can find it in your runners ID profile. You will get to know your number approximately two weeks before the race.
Each runner must pick it up on his own or with a power of attorney signed by a lawyer. It is possible also authorized another person to collect your start number online via your Runners ID (more info here).
