Even the little ones will enjoy the marathon weekend! On Saturday, everyone can get a finish medal – complete beginners, children without parents, families and adults, or grandparents with grandchildren can complete the one-mile route. dm family mile is an ideal program for the whole family!
Bring your whole family, including kids, grandmas, grandpas, and even the little ones. Come for a run or just a walk for a non-competitive family mile.
Anyone can do it, and you will enjoy the unforgettable atmosphere of a big international race. It’s an amazing experience for the kids, a good warm-up for your muscles before the race, and you all get medals at the finish line, like proper runners! The dm family mile is the ideal programme for the whole family!

Information on Registration Fees from the 2026 Season
To keep conditions fair and transparent for all runners, the registration fees will change.
Starting with the 2026 season, the fee amount will be based on the total value of your order (see the table below). If you add any additional products to your registration, your order may move into a higher price category, and the system will always display the updated fee no later than in your order summary.
The fee structure shown below has already been valid since the 2025 season. However, to avoid a sudden increase for runners between 2024 and 2025, RunCzech has been covering part of the cost per participant until now. That’s why this change will only take effect from 2026.

Individual categories of the dm family mile will start in 4 waves after a certain time interval and these waves will be marked with a different series, which will be marked on your starting number.
The dm family mile is a race primarily intended for families with children. A mile is a competitive athletic distance of 1.6 kilometers. However, the dm family mile itself is a non-competitive run, divided into several categories based on pace. More information can be found on page: dm family mile. The starting gate is the inflatable dm-branded gate.
Anyone can sign up, even without a Runners ID – that means you don’t need to have a profile with all your details set up.
Without proper registration and a race number, participation in the race is not possible.
Due to capacity limitations, technical facilities and a baggage storage area are not available for participants of the dm family mile.
The starting number can be picked up during the opening hours of the Maraton Expo.

When picking up the start number, you will be asked to present a document for identity verification, an ID or similar document with your name and photo is sufficient to prove your identity. The race number can be collected on behalf of an authorized power of attorney or by authorizing another person to collect online via Runners ID. The start and finish will take place next to the Industrial Palace at the Holešovice Exhibition Grounds at 3:00 p.m.
The start is in waves, with the first ones to start are the children themselves, who dare to run without their parents. Then the whole families start at a faster pace, followed by the slower runners. The last ones to start are the runners who are more likely to walk the route, families with strollers, small children on balance bikes, etc.
For safety reasons, strollers, bicycles, and balance bikes are not allowed to start in the first or second wave. Participants with strollers, balance bikes, or bicycles may start in the third or fourth wave.
The division is for the safety of all runners, and for the best experience for children, who can really compete and give it their all.
At the finish line, each participant will receive a medal and a small snack. We ask that you continue smoothly into the corridor after the finish line and not prevent other competitors from completing the race.
The Marathon Expo takes place at the Výstaviště Holešovice, Křižíkovy pavilions. You can pick up your race bib there, explore the booths of our partners, or enjoy the rich accompanying program.
The start number assignment took place on april 15, 2026, which you will receive by email 17. 4. 2026. If you did not receive the email, log in to your Runners ID and check if you have a start number in the “My Races” field. If this did not happen, there is probably a problem, so contact us at [email protected]. Please don’t forget to check your SPAM folder.
Race bib numbers for the dm family mile and dm bambini run will be assigned at the Marathon Expo. Therefore, no email with a race bib number will be sent for these events.
Dear runners, When picking up your race envelope with your race number at the Running Expo, we kindly ask you to check your race number as soon as possible. If the number has been incorrectly assigned, please immediately contact the organizers at the race office, who will exchange it for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: The start envelope alone cannot be used as a substitute for the race bib during the event. The timing chip is attached only to the race bib.
Please fill in the health information on the back side of your start number and a contact person in case emergency.

To collect your start number you need to show us your ID or passport. You should also know your start number – you can find it in your runners ID profile. You will get to know your number approximately two weeks before the race.
Each runner must pick it up on his own or with a power of attorney signed by a lawyer. It is possible also authorized another person to collect your start number online via your Runners ID (more info here). It will be possible to authorize another person to pick up your start number online until openning hours of Marathon Expo.
