The use of roller skates, bicycles, or any other vehicles is strictly prohibited. Entering the course with strollers, running with dogs, or taking children onto the race route is also not allowed.
Participation in the race is at your own risk. Please consider your physical condition before taking part. Each runner is personally responsible for deciding whether they are fit and capable of completing the full distance.
For more information on race rules, please visit the official website.
The time limit to complete the race is 2.5 hours from the official start (gunshot).
Timing is recorded using a chip attached to the relay baton. The baton consists of a strap that you pass on to the next team member. Each relay runner must wear their race number visibly on the front of their chest.
“The start number consists of four digits followed by a letter (A, B, C, or D), which indicates the order in which the relay team runs.”
Order cannot be changed during the race!
The race starts directly in front of Výstaviště Praha Holešovice.
The best way to get there is via the Výstaviště Holešovice tram stop.
Only runners starting the first leg (those with race numbers ending with “A”) will be allowed into the starting area.
Entry to the start is via the main gate of Výstaviště Praha Holešovice.

Before the race, agree with your teammates on which exchange zone you’ll meet in and how to recognize each other – clothing color, waiting spot, etc.
There will be about 1000 other runners in the area, so good coordination will save you valuable seconds.
Exchange zones will be clearly marked with letters for easier identification.
One relay lap is 4.9 km long.
Opening / Closing: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Bag storage and changing facilities will be available near the start and finish areas.
The awards ceremony for winning relay teams will take place after the race in front of the Industrial Palace (Průmyslový palác).
