If you are unable to participate in the Prague Airport Valentine’s 7K Run 2027, you have two options.
1. Claiming Your Cancellation Insurance
If you purchased cancellation insurance during registration, you can file a claim.
If you purchased cancellation insurance during registration and are unable to participate in the race, you can request a refund of your entry fee through the insurance provider.
1. Before reporting an insurance claim, please check what is covered by your insurance and what is excluded from coverage.
(A detailed list of what is covered by the insurance can be found on the All for insurance page.)
2. Report the insurance claim
(Report via online form and attach completed form on the Generali Česká pojišťovna website.)
3. Enter the insurance policy number.
(When filling in the form, enter the insurance policy number: 19100984.)
4. After the race, we will provide your details to the insurance company.
(After the race, we will provide the insurance company with a list of runners who actually participated in the race.)
5. Wait for the insurance company’s decision.
(After the race, the insurance company has 30 days to respond to your claim.)

2. RE-REGISTRATION
If you do not wish to use your cancellation insurance, you can transfer your registration to another runner or to another race.
Can’t take part in the race? You can transfer your registration to another runner or to another race within the current season.
1. Log in to your Runners ID
(In your Runners ID account, go to the “My Races” section and click the “REBOOKING” button next to the relevant race.)
2. Select the race and confirm the transfer.
(Select the race you want to transfer your registration to and click “REBOOK NOW”. Then pay the rebooking fee by credit card.)
3. You will receive a registration code.
(Once the rebooking is complete, you will receive two confirmation emails. One of them will contain your new registration code.)
4. Pass the code on to the new runner.
(If you are transferring your registration to another person, pass the code you received on to them. The new runner must complete the registration themselves using this code.)
!!! The registration code alone does not constitute a valid race registration !!!
