Shakeout Run with Košík.cz

On Friday at 5:00 PM, we invite you to join a Shakeout Run with Košík.cz at Výstaviště. This short, easy run is a great opportunity to get into the race mindset, stretch your legs, and meet fellow runners.

Well-known Czech runners from the RunCzech Racing Team will also take part – Eva Vrabcová Nývltová, Patrik Vébr, and Honza Friš.

Time: Friday, 5:00 PM
Start & meeting point: by EXPO at Výstaviště, at the purple Košík.cz tent

Program:

  • Introduction of the athletes (Eva Vrabcová Nývltová, Patrik Vébr, and Honza Friš)
  • Group warm-up run and running drills
  • Refreshments and drinks will be provided after the run
