Instructions for Updating Runner Information in the RunCzech Halfs Series

Some runners who participated in the RunCzech Halfs series do not see their results correctly displayed in their profile. This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Duplicate email used during registration – This issue can occur, for example, if someone else registered you for the race on your behalf and used their own email address instead of yours.
  • You are not listed in the official results – If you cannot find yourself in the official results of a given race, please contact us at [email protected].

Below you will find instructions on how to fix the issue caused by a duplicate email address.

Who Is Included in the RunCzech Halfs Series:

Runners are included in the RunCzech Halfs series if they registered for and completed at least one of the following races:

  • Generali Half Marathon Prague
  • Mattoni Half Marathon Karlovy Vary
  • Mattoni Half Marathon České Budějovice
  • Mattoni Half Marathon Olomouc
  • Mattoni Half Marathon Ústí nad Labem

Steps to update your information if someone else registered you using a different email address:

1.- Go to your RunnersID from the main page.

2.- Log in to the account where you registered for a race that is part of the RunCzech Halfs series.

3.- Navigate to the My Races section.

4.- Scroll down to the Past Races (if you know your email is incorrect in any upcoming races as well, you can update it there too).

5.- Select the relevant registration and click on “Edit Data.”

6. Change the email address to a unique one where you want your RunCzech Halfs results to be displayed.

7.- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save” button.

8.- The update is now complete.

Please note: If you do not update your email address, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your results from the RunCzech Halfs series will be correctly assigned. Additionally, a special medal awarded at the finish line of the final race in the series may not be available to you.
