dm family mile

What is the dm family mile?

The dm Family Mile is a race primarily intended for families with children. A mile is a competitive athletic distance of 1.6 kilometers. However, the dm Family Mile itself is a non-competitive run, divided into several categories based on pace.

Registration for the dm family mile

Anyone can sign up, even without a Runners ID – that means you don’t need to have a profile with all your details set up.

Without proper registration and a race number, participation in the race is not possible.

Race Number Pick-up

You can pick up your race number at the Running Expo, where race numbers for competitive runs are distributed. It’s not necessary for each participant to come in person – one parent can pick up the numbers for the whole family. You will be asked to present an ID card or another form of identification. To collect numbers for other runners, it’s enough to provide their names or the order number.

Along with your race number, you will also receive a starter pack.

Starting corridors dm family mile

The start is in waves, with the first ones to start are the children themselves, who dare to run without their parents. Then the whole families start at a faster pace, followed by the slower runners. The last ones to start are the runners who are more likely to walk the route, families with strollers, small children on balance bikes, etc.

The division is for the safety of all runners, and for the best experience for children, who can really compete and give it their all.

Finish

At the finish line, each participant will receive a medal and a small snack. We ask that you continue smoothly into the corridor after the finish line and not prevent other competitors from completing the race.

dm bambini run

What is dm bambini run?

dm bambini run is a race intended for the little ones. The race is run in three categories. Categories are divided by age and distance. The dm bambini run itself is a non-competitive run and is completely free.

How to register to dm bambini run

Anyone can sign up, even without a Runners ID – this means you don’t need to create a profile with all your information. All you have to do is meet the age of the child. You can register online or in person at our expo (note that the capacity of the plant fills up quickly).

It is not possible to participate in the race without a proper application and starting number.

Picking up the starting number

You can pick up your starting number at our Expo, where numbers for race runs are picked up. You will be asked to present your ID card or other form of identification.

You will also receive a t-shirt with your starting number.

Starting corridors dm bambini run

The start takes place by category. First, the youngest 2-3 years start at 100m, then the 4-5 years at 150m and the last 6-7 years at 200m.
