RunCzech Stars are runners who complete the series of five RunCzech Half Marathons:
- Generali Prague Half Marathon
- Mattoni Half Marathon Karlovy Vary
- Mattoni Half Marathon České Budějovice
- Mattoni Half Marathon Olomouc
- Mattoni Half Marathon Ústí nad Labem
From the date of their first half marathon (starting in 2025), each race completed within the series counts toward the RunCzech Stars title, provided all five are finished within 36 months.
