Registration for RunCzech events taking place in the first half of 2026 will open on Thursday, August 28. We’ve prepared the registration system with great care and have strengthened the capacity of our website servers at runczech.com due to the high interest in our races. However, some technical difficulties may still occur. That’s why we’re sharing a few useful tips on how to proceed in such cases.

10. I’m a RunCzech King or Queen and the discounted price isn’t showing. What’s the issue?
If you’ve only recently become a RunCzech King or Queen, your discount may not yet be activated in your profile. In that case, please contact us at [email protected].
Note that the discounted price might not be visible in the first step of registration (where you enter runner details). You need to continue to the next steps to verify whether the discount is being correctly applied.
The discount applies only to your first registration for a given race. For any additional registration for the same event, the standard price will be shown. This is to prevent misuse, such as registering others under your discount who are not eligible.
In some cases, users repeatedly enter an unfinished registration without cancelling the original one (e.g., using the browser’s “Back” button instead of clicking the “X” to remove the registration from the cart). This can result in multiple active registrations in your cart, causing the discount to not display correctly.
We recommend waiting approximately 2 hours. The system will automatically clear all unfinished orders, and your discount should be correctly applied on your next registration attempt.
