In cooperation with our partner HEDVEA, we are bringing the first online health card for runners in the Czech Republic – a simple system that can save lives in an emergency.
STEPS after purchasing a RunCzech race:
- First login using your RunnersID at: https://runczech.hedveaemergency.com/auth/login, where you must agree to provide personal data
- After logging in, you will be taken to the runner’s emergency card.
- After filling in the information on the emergency card, you must check the box for the sworn statement confirming the truthfulness of the information entered.
- You can go to the races tab, where all PAID RunCzech races will appear.
- You activate the Emergency Card by purchasing it – you do this by selecting one or more races.
- Fill in your payment card details.
- You confirm the payment.
- You will receive a proof of payment.
Comment:
- Customer service for card issues (digital health information): [email protected]
- If a runner fills out an emergency card and does not pay, the card is inactive (you can tell by the red backlight at the races).
- Payment is not tied to the completed emergency card. Therefore, the data can be added even after payment.
- If the card is active (paid) for the given race (displayed in green).
- You can change the data on your emergency card at any time (even after payment).
- You can come back later to pay.
