• Each runner of Sunset run, Breakfast run and dm Family Run has to pick up his/her start number in person. This rule is the same for both adults and children.
• It’s needed to have a start number and wristband put on and visible at all the time.
• Come to the security control at least two hours before the start of the race.
• Come to the race in the running clothes, it will speed up the process of security control. There will be no changing rooms or showers on site.
• For the Sunset Run 5 km race, we recommend that you take a headlamp or other flashlight with you.
• Only runners with a start number and the wristband will be allowed into the security control and to the start and finish area.
• For bambini run and dm Family run, parents which will accompany children, they have to have registration to the race.
• It is strictly forbidden to move out of the designated area.

The start number can be picked up only in person after showing the ID card. For this race there is no possibility of authorization of someone else to collect your start number on behalf. During start number pick up you will get a wristband, that can’t be removed from your wrist until the end of the race. This rule is the same for dm Family run including children.

We kindly recommend to pick up the start number and wristband during the one-day expo at Running Mall on Friday, July 17, from 10 am to 7 pm.

Take part in the race only in excellent health and after adequate preparation. We recommend that you undergo a specialist check-up and pay close attention to your current state of health.

It is necessary to respect the regulations of the government of the Czech Republic and the instructions of the organizers. It is strictly forbidden to move outside of the designated area. Participation in the race is at participants’ own risk. More information about race rules.

Time limit for 5 km races is 45 minutes from the start of the race (starting signal). The limit for dm Family Run is 30 minutes

Your start number must be fixed visibly on your chest. You will receive safety-pins together with your start number. Timekeeping will be tracked through chips, which are attached to the back of the start number, and which must not be removed at any time during the race. NO CHIP = NO TIME! Chips are disposable.

A special offer is prepared for runners. You can park your car in the parking house PC COMFORT at the Prague Airport for the special price of 100 CZK. Before leaving the parking house, pay the 100 CZK fee to the parking staff after submitting your start number. The discounted parking is valid on Saturday 18, 8 am -11 pm and on Sunday 19, 5 am - 11 pm.  Then you can use the shuttle to the Runway Park or go by walk to the Terminal 2 for the start number and to the start of the race.

The start of all races is on the field of Prague Airport. Each participant must pick up the start number and the wristband in person in Terminal 2 and then continue through a special security gate to the gate D6 and then board on a special shuttle bus which will take you to the start of the race. Only Runners with the start number and the wristband will be allowed to the security check and to the start. Accompaniment can wait in the Runway Park.

Without start number and wristband you won’t be allowed to go through the security control and run the race.

There will be toilets in the departure hall of the airport terminal and also at the start/finish area. 

There will be a refreshment station with water at the finish.

Please note that changing rooms and showers will not be available at this race. That is why we recommend coming to the race in running clothes, or changing clothes and leaving your belongings in the car. The less things you have the faster the security control will be.

Deposit bag will be situated in front of the Terminal 2 building in Van. Opening hours - Sunset Run: 6:30pm - 10:30pm, Breakfast Run: 5:30am - 8:30am, morning dm Family Run: 5:30am - 10:30am, afternoon dm Family Run: 2:45pm - 5:00pm. On Sunday after the race, the bag deposit will be moved into the Runway park, where you can collect your stuff. Only small bags will be accepted.

If you are running for the first time, you can read running tips on appropriate clothing, drinks and nutrition on the day of the race on our website in the First-timers section.

Will be available at the start and the finish. If you need to call an ambulance, ask a volunteer or call the emergency services on number 155 and tell them your start number. If you are not feeling well or have recently been ill it’s best to not take part in the race. You are entering the race at your own risk.

Results will be published after the race as soon as possible. The ranking is done according to the official time which is counted from the start of the race. You can contact us if there is a mistake in your result within 5 working days after the race. Don’t forget to provide the name of the race, your start number and as many details as possible.

With the wristband which you will receive together with your start number, you will be able to enter Runway Park for free (valid only for the day when you are running the race). There will be our partner stands, refreshment and many other activities provided by Prague Airport. Also your friends and family are welcome to come to the Runway Park and spend a good time there. On Saturday 18, you can enjoy the day in Runway Park before the race and on Sunday 19 a special shuttle bus will take you there directly from the finish.
