Accompanying program o Running Expo 2019

Most of the speakers on the podium will speak Czech. If you understand at least a bit, have a look at the whole accompanying program in the Czech version.

Otherwise, you can still join English friendly activities:

• Thursday 17:30 - get a signature card from the best Czech elite runners
• Friday 11:00 - elite athletes with kids
• Friday 17:30 - pre-race run with Mattoni FreeRun
• Friday 18:30 - pre-race yoga with FitFab Strong
  (take your yoga mat with you)

SATURDAY AFTER PARTY 13:30 - 17:00

After the race, come back to the Running Expo! All runners will get refreshment for free, you can take a picture with your medal which we will print in the RunCzech stand for you. Come and enjoy the atmosphere after the race! There will be music and video from the race on the screen.
