dm family mile 2023

The time is coming for a change and that is that the dm family run will now be the dm family mile! At each of our RunCzech races, except for the 1/2 marathon in Prague, the adidas Women's Run for 5 km and the Birell Run for 10 km, you can look forward to a new race concept for all possible categories of people who share the joy of movement. Everyone can get a medal at the finish line - complete beginners, children who can run without their parents, families and adults, or grandparents with grandchildren can complete the one-mile route. dm family mile is an ideal program for the whole family!
dm family mile will take place in 2023 at the following races:
1. Prague International Marathon
2. Mattoni Karlovy Vary Half Marathon
3. Mattoni České Budějovice Half Marathon
4. Mattoni Olomouc Half Marathon
5. Mattoni Ústí nad Labem Half Marathon

Individual categories of the dm family mile will start in 4 waves after a certain time interval and these waves will be marked with a different series, which will be marked on your starting number.
- This category will be included in CORRIDOR number 1
- This wave includes children who want to run alone without their parents.
- Age range: 8 - 14 years
- This category will be included in CORRIDOR number 2

In this wave, families with children or adult runners will run at a FASTER PACE.
- Age range: 0 - 99 years
- This category will be included in CORRIDOR number 3
- In this wave, grandparents will run with their grandchildren at a SLOWER PACE.
- Age range: 0 - 99 years
- This category will be included in CORRIDOR number 4
- This category is for everyone who is not in a hurry and wants to enjoy a walk together. There are no restrictions, e.g. parents with strollers, parents and their children with bouncers or grandparents can participate.
- This wave will be at the SLOWEST PACE.
- Age range: 0 - 99 years
