Start number

Collection is possible at Expo on Vystaviště Praha Holešovice. All start number for each relay are in one enlope. One member of the relay or authorized person (on-line authorization or power of attorney) can pick up everything for the whole team.

General rules

It is strictly forbidden to use roller-skates, bicycles or other means of transport, or to go on the course with a child’s pram, run with dogs or carry children. Participation in the race is at participants’ own risk. For more information go here.

Time limit

Time limit is 3 hours since the start of the race.

Chip and Timekeeping

Timekeeping will be tracked through chips, which will be attached to the relay button, and which must not be removed at any time during the race. Remember – NO CHIP = NO TIME! 

Your start number must be fixed visibly on your chest. Safety-pins will be included in the envelope. 

Last member of relay will return the relay button at the finish area, otherwise, please return the wristband to the Expo, to the deposit bag or our head office (Running Mall, Františka Křížka 11, Praha 7, 170 00).

Starting number

The starting number consists of the letter R at the beginning and five digits.

The first digit after the letter R denotes which of the three days is your race day:

• R1xxxx - Tuesday, June 25, 2019
• R2xxxx - Wednesday, June 26, 2019
• R3xxxx - Thursday, June 27, 2019

The last digit indicates the position in the relay - it is not possible to change the position during the race! Only the person who made the registration is allowed to change the position until 14:00 on the race day.

• Rxxxx1 - first section
• Rxxxx2 - second section
• Rxxxx3 - third section
• Rxxxx4 - fourth section

Race

Race starts at the Vystaviště Praha Holešovice, use public transport - station Vystaviste Holesovice (tram. 2, 12, 17).

To the start line-up at 6 pm will be allowed only runners, who start the team relay (number ending small "1"). Entrance to the line-up is from the main entry of the areal.

  

Change-over points 

Is located close to the start area. Make sure to know before the race, in which corridor you will pass the relay button to your team mate. There will be corridors marked by the letters. There will be 1000 runners at the same time looking for their running team member. Make sure you know,what is your colleague wearing. 

• After the start of the race, there will be allowed runners (who run second part, ending small number "2") to change-over points
• Runners with number  “3” will be allowed to the change-over points not sooner than 6:25 pm
• Runners with number “4” will be allowed to the change-over points not sooner than 6:40 pm

Bag Deposit, changing rooms, massages and showers 

It is located in the Expo and open from 5 pm until 9:15 pm. Use the official bag, please. You will find showers in front of the building. Don’t forget to bring a towel with you!

Medical Service

It will be available at the start/finish area and along the course. If you need to call an ambulance, call the emergency services on number 155 or ask a volunteer.

After the race

Results, diploma and ceremony 

Results will be available on www.runczech.com after the race. There will be a ceremony for the first three best relay teams at the award podium in front of Expo.

Picnic 

You will get a picnic box in the Expo and it is full of food which you can enjoy around the expo area and the Stromovka park. The box can be picked up from 11 pm to 7:30 pm.

Concert

This years concert is made in co-operation with music festival Rock for People. You can celebrate your great result with the rest of the team. Concert, where will be played songs of this year guests at Rock for People by Dj, starts at 8 pm. 

Team Box zones 

Entrance to Team box zones is allowed only with a special band which you get from person from your team/company who ordered the Team Box. Both zones are connected with a bridge.
