It is not easy to run a halfmarathon. Please train properly, get in touch with your trainer and general practitioner or a sport doctor. If you do not feel well or suffer from the injury, please consider to take part in the race.

Please fill in the health information on the back side of your start number and a contact person in case emergency.

You will be aske to show your ID when picking up the start number to verify your identity. 

You can also authorize someone else to pick up your number on your behalf. Find more info here.

You are not obliged to show any health certificate or covid pass.

The starting number must be placed in a visible place on the chest, not folded or covered in any way. Time is measured by the chip attached to the back of the bib and must not be separated from the bib throughout the race. The chip is disposable and not returnable after the race.

It is strictly forbidden to use any means of transport during the race, or to go on the course with a child’s pram, run with dogs or carry children. Participation in the race is at participants’ own risk. More information about race rules. 

Time limit is 3 hours from the start of the race (starting signal). The limit time is listed for each kilometer in the map of the race. All runners behind this time must leave the course and end their participation in the race for safety reasons.

Take part in the race only in excellent health and after adequate preparation. We recommend that you undergo a specialist check-up and pay close attention to your current state of health.

All races start at the Mírové náměstí, which is easily accessible by public transport or on foot. Public transport is free on the race for all runners who show their start number either in RunCzech app or the real one. We recommend to park your car outside the city centre as there will be several traffic closures. For more information about the parking or traffic please use Waze app or see this page.

The division of corridors is determined by the expected time in your registration and the timeliness of your registration. Your corridor is according to the “Corridor/Group” on your start number. 

Corridor D is reserved for 2Runs and relays only! Please respect that.

Are clearly visible according to the goal finish times: 1:30, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 2:00, 2:10, 2:30. You can find them in each corridor.

Changing rooms, bag deposit, toilets, medal engraving - all this can be found in the technical area. Entry is only possible for participants with a start number and will be checked. 

The technical area opens at 14pm and closes at 19pm with all the services - engraving, toilets, bag, deposit, showers, massages etc.

It is located in the technical area. Hand over your belongings to a volunteer standing at the appropriate box corresponding to the last two digits of your bib number. Maximum accepted size of bags 25×45×70 cm. Larger luggage cannot be accepted for capacity and safety reasons.

There will be several stations on the track. Please, throw all the waste in the marked places and directly into containers. This ensures efficient recycling.

Are located at every refreshment point, in the technical area and in the start/finish area.

The Relay race and the 2Run race starts at the same time as the 1/2Marathon. All these races start at 3:00 pm.

The start is at the Mírové náměstí.

All 2Runs and relays start from Corridor D! If you start from different corridor the whole team can be disqualified.

A wristband that is handed over by members at individual handover points. The first relay member will find this wristband in his/her envelope. The wristband does not return after the race is over.

Please pay attention to the graphical illustration of the changovers!

Wait for your team-mate (A) in the corridor at the changeover in front of the carpet that measures your time. As soon as you (B) see your team-mate, run together towards the carpet. Boat of you (A+B) must run over the timekeeping carpet at the same time. This carpet is laid on the ground and is black. The incoming runner (A) finishes in the area beyond the carpet, you continue on to the next changeover or to the finish line.

At the handover, join the corridor and wait for your colleague. Handover points are marked on the race map.

1) Team members are not allowed to swap start numbers. 

2) Under no circumstances is it allowed to change the order of the runners on the individual legs. You must run in the order that your names are listed on the application form.

3) 2Runs and relays start from Corridor D! Please respect that or your team will be disqualified.

Individually, all changeovers points are best available on foot.

The bus to 10th and 15th km leaves on 14:35 from the Running Expo on the race day.

Results will be published after the race as soon as possible. The ranking is done according to the official time which is counted from the start of the race. You can contact us if there is a mistake in your result within 5 working days after the race. Don’t forget to provide the name of the race, your start number and as many details as possible.
