Where can I buy a registration voucher?
Registration voucher can be bought on this web page www.runczech.com/voucher.
What do I need to buy the voucher?
You need to have the Runners ID profile. Once you have it, you just create the order with number of vouchers you would like. To confirm your order finish it with the payment.
Is the voucher bounded to a name?
It is not, you do not need to know the name of the runner, when purchasing the voucher.
For which races can I buy these registration vouchers?
You can buy vouchers for all races listed in the menu. Vouchers are available for Marathon, Half Marathon, relays 2RUNs and even family runs.
How does the voucher works?
After finishing your order and successful payment you will receive and email with unique registration code, voucher card in PDF and information on how to use your code. Make sure you give all the information to the runner, who will register for the race.
Does the runner need to have Runner ID?
Having Runners ID is the only way, how to register to our race. If you buy voucher to person, who has not our Runner ID profile, it is not a problem. He or she will be ask to create one during the registration.
Is there any validity restriction to the voucher?
The validity of the code always expires 5 days before the race. We recommend you to use your code and register as soon as possible.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay online with your card through secure payment or by invoice. (You will be asked to pay with your card right after finishing your order.) Payment by cash and transaction is not possible.
When will I receive registration code and voucher?
If you paid by card you will get your voucher and registration just a few moment after. If you paid by invoice it will take 2 days since making the payment.
What to do if I did not get my email with voucher?
Check your junk email and if the problem remains contact us at info@runczech.com.
Is registration voucher an automatic registration to the race?
Unique code is not a registration to the race. It is always required to use the code and register to the race at www.runczech.com/coupon and finish the registration. After runner receive an email with confirmation of registration, his registration is valid.
Can I also add to my voucher a t-shirt or medal engraving?
Voucher works only for race registrations. All the complementary products are available for the runner during the registration.
