TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS IN ÚSTÍ NAD LABEM 17. SEPTEMER ON THE RACE DAY

Dear residents, on Saturday, September 17, 2022, Ústí nad Labem will once again become the center of running events. Already the 12th year of the Mattoni 1/2 Marathon Ústí nad Labem, held according to the rules of the World and European Athletics and with the support of the statutory city of Ústí nad Labem, has been ranked among the elite of long-distance running. This year, we can look forward to the European top runners as well as thousands of runners in various categories. All this brings certain restrictions in the form of traffic closures. We ask you to accept the necessary traffic with understanding restrictions that will occur on the day of the race. At the same time, we would like to invite you to the streets to actively participate and watch the race or listening to one of more than 8 bands.

TRAFFIC MEASURES ON SATURDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2022

All traffic restrictions are valid for the Mattoni 1/2 Marathon Ústí nad Labem, which takes place on Saturday 17 September 2022. Its the following races are part of it: Mattoni 1/2 Marathon, Relay 1/2 Marathon, 2RUN, Spolchemie Czech Cup in para cycling and dm family run 3 km. The police of the Czech Republic and the city police occupy important intersections along the route of the race from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Transport will be coordinated by PČR.

Allow us to inform you that the PARKING PROHIBITION applies to the entire route of the race. Please park your vehicle well in advance to avoid unnecessary inconveniences associated with towing your vehicle.

PARKING OPTIONS

You need to arrive at the official parking lot well in advance, the number of places is limited. It is ideal to park on the outskirts of the city and drive to the Expo or to the public transport start, which is free on the day of the race. The organizer is not responsible for changes in the terms and conditions of parking lot operators or for their free capacity.

Information will also be available at the information panel in front of the DPmUL building in Revoluční street, at the public transport stops – Hraničář, Divadlo, Revoluční, Mírové náměstí, Malá Hradební and Hlavní nádraží. On September 17, 2022, the information center + free information line 800 100 613 (relating to public transport only) will also be in operation.
