Sabastian (Kimaru) Sawe is an extraordinary athlete, current number 4 in Men's Road Running WA World rankings. World Half Marathon Champion in 2023 in Riga setting up his PB last year in Valencia 58:29. He is an adidas athlete.
Geofry Toroitich Kipchumba

Geofry Toroitich Kipchumba - KEN (59:13 - Málaga 2023)

Winner of Malaga Half Marathon in October 2023 in a time of 59:13, winner of Hong Kong Half Marathon in November 2023 and recent winner of Malaga Half Marathon again in March 2024 in a time of 60:13. He is a member of the ASICS Chojo Project in Kaptagat, Kenya and is coached by Peter Bii.

Patrick Kabirech Mosin

Patrick Kabirech Mosin - KEN (59:31 - Lille 2023)

Winner of the Lille Half Marathon in March 2023 in a time of 59:31, he also placed 4th at Copenhagen Half Marathon in 2023 in a time of 59:35. Recently paced at the Tokyo Marathon and has a 10km best of 27:26. Like Geofry he is also coached by Peter Bii and is a member of the ASICS Chojo Project in Kaptagat.

Haftamu Abadi Gebresilase

Haftamu Abadi Gebresilase - ETH (1:00:27 - Poznan 2023)

He started running in 2018 and made his international debut in 2023, career highlight so far was when he set the U20 world lead (27:48) in Corrida Internationale de Langueux. He spends his free time watching Eliud Kipchoge’s races and motivational videos. His inspiration is also his close friend and fellow athlete Berihu Aregawi.

Gideon Kiprotich Rop - KEN (1:00:28 - Napoli 2024)

After Pacing his first HM in Europe he finished with his new PB close to one hour. He has now the chance as an Ahlete withou pacing duties to do even better. Focusing to beat 1 hour in HM.

Maxwell Kortek Rotich

Maxwell Kortek Rotich - UGA (1:00:06 - Prague 2023)

Maxwell is a past podium athlete at the Prague Half Marathon where he was the runner up in 2023 running his personal best time of 60:06. Maxwell has also represented his country in the World Cross Country Championships in 2019, running in Aarhus, Denmark. He is a past Champion of the Porto Half Marathon as well and in 2024 he will be looking to move up to the full marathon making his debut at the historic distance.

Petter Johansen

Petter Johansen - NOR (1:04:50 - Barcelona 2024)

I started running at the age of 19 with a 10k PB of sub 39 min. 3 years later i ran sub 30 in the 10k. At the age of 25 i became national champion in the half marathon. My main goal is to qualify for the European championships 2024.

Erik Hille

Erik Hille - GER (1:04:29 - Dresden 2020)

My greatest successes to date are the silver medal at the 2023 German Marathon Championships in Cologne and a marathon best time of 2.14h at the Berlin Marathon 2022. According to my attitude to life "There are only limits in the mind", I live and train with my parents in a small village in Germany with the main focus on marathon.

The most successful endurance player in the Czech Republic at the moment. Jiří became champion of the Czech Republic fourteen times in cross-country, 10km, 10,000m, marathon, half-marathon and hill running. He is a seven-time winner of the Prague half-marathon among Czech runners.

Patrik Vebr

Patrik Vebr - CZE (1:05:42 - Prague 2023)

A young promising Czech athlete who is in the process of transitioning to road running. Champion of the Czech Republic at 5,000 m, vice-champion of the Czech Republic at 10,000 m. As part of the RunCzech running league, he managed to win the Birell Grand Prix, a 10 km run in Prague in 2022.

Winner of Paris and Zwolle Half Marathons 2022. Setting up her PB 1:06:17 in Valencia 2021. Very young WA labeled athlete.

Nesphine Jepleting

Nesphine Jepleting - KEN (1:06:57 - Prague 2022)

Winner of 2022 Prague Half Marathon. Where she ran her PB 1:06:57. Excited about setting her new PB her again.

Jesca Chelangat

Jesca Chelangat - KEN (1:07:03 - Kopenhagen 2023)

Current 10th position in World road running ranking. Young promising athlete - finished 3rd at her first international half marathon in Copenhagen 2023 with her PB 1:07:03.

Anchinalu Dessie Genaneh

Anchinalu Dessie Genaneh - ETH (1:07:30 - Milano 2023)

Very youn Ethiopian long distamce runner, setting up her PB 1:07:30 in Milan while finishing second. She won Lion Half Marathon 2023. First race in 2024 focusing to be under 67 and improving her PB.

She is training in Iten. She was position 5 last weekend in Lisbon half marathon.
Sultan Haydar

Sultan Haydar - TUR (1:09:12 - Ankara 2023) 

Sultan participated in 2 Olympic Marathons, in London 2012 and in Rio 2016 . Sultan returned to professional running after a long injury and health problems last year in Ankara, where she finished second in the half marathon distance (2023). Sultan is the current Turkish National Marathon record holder, and she has 1:09.12 in the half marathon. European U23 1,500m champion in 2009.

Former handball player. Started running competitively 4 years ago.

Selam Fente Gebre

Selam Fente Gebre - ETH (1:09:23 - Gqeberha 2023)

Selam started running 4 years ago. She made her international debut in Madrid Marathon in 2021, where she finished third. She is the first athlete in her family. Her role model is her training partner, Tadu Teshome Nare. So far, her favourite city to compete in Cape Town. Prague Half will be her second competition in Europe.

Tereza Hrochová - CZE (1:12:04 - České Budějovice 2022)

Champion of the Czech Republic at 5,000m on the track and eight-time Champion of the Czech Republic in road running, namely in cross country, hill running and half marathon. Winner of the half-marathon in České Budějovice as part of the Runczech Running League 2022. Multiple world champion in hill running from 2019.

Oria Liaci

Oria Liaci - SUI (1:14:38 - Barcelona 2024)

Until last year, I did triathlon. After my results at the end of the year, I decided to switch to running, with the aim of qualifying for the Rom European Championships in the half-marathon and then doing trail running this summer. I'm looking forward to running in Praha, where I hope to beat my record.

Multiple champion of Slovakia in disciplines from 5000m to half-marathon + cross-country running (2018-2019, under a maiden name Zrastáková). Currently the champion of SR in the marathon. Amateur runner, running during maternity leave.
