On Saturday, June 18, 2022, the 12th year of the Mattoni Olomouc Half Marathon will start. This traditional running race is held under under the auspices of the Mayor of the Statutory City of Olomouc and also under the auspices of the Olomouc Region. Mattoni Olomouc Half Marathon is always spectacular sports spectacle, where we understand that the day of the race for many of you is not just a festive event, but carries with it also minor inconveniences associated with traffic restrictions. We appreciate your tolerance and thank you in advance in name of the city and the whole RunCzech team.

Public transport exclusion

Until approx. 6:20 pm, the operation of all existing public transport lines in their routes and according to the valid timetables will be maintained (for line no. 20 until approx. 4.30 pm). Then the selected lines will be terminated prematurely or the route will be changed. At the same time, other alternative transport lines will be introduced. Information on changes in traffic will also be posted at public transport stops. More detailed information will be published well in advance on the website www.dpmo.cz.

Traffic restrictions apply on Saturday 18 June 2022

All traffic restrictions are valid for the event Mattoni Olomouc Half Marathon, which includes the following races: Half Marathon, Relays, 2Run and dm family run. On June 18, 2022, there is a ban on stopping on the race route throughout the day (map 2.).

Let us remind you that the stop ban applies to the entire race route. Please park your vehicle well in advance to avoid unnecessary inconveniences associated with towing your vehicle.

Possibilities of entry and exit from limited areas

• 1. Location - tř. Spojenců, Kollárovo nám. – Traffic restrictions 6 pm – 10:30 pm. Entry and exit from this area will not be possible from 6 pm to 10:30 pm, after which it will be possible to exit across the street Bezručova - tř. Svobody – 17. Listopadu / Havlíčkova
• 2. Location - Kavaleristů, Na Bystřičce, Křižíkova, Zeyerova, Nezvalova, Březinova, U Soutoku, Šmeralova, Blahoslavova, Jiřího z Poděbrad, U Reálky, Kaštanová, Dr. M. Horákové, Pasteurova – Entry and exit from this area will not be possible from 6 pm to 10:30 pm. Cross crossings will be possible until 7 pm and from 10 pm on the streets Zeyerova, Hálkova and Vejdovského
• 3. Location - Kašparova, Václavkova, Wellnerova, Brožíkova, Lolkova – Departure possible throughout the race through the streets Hynaisova, Wellnerova, Palackého, Litovelská
• 4. Location - Lazce – Entry and exit from this area will be possible outside 6 pm - 10:30 pm across the street Lazecká in the direction of Chomoutov. From 9:45 pm it will be possible to enter / exit the street Studentská – Na Střelnici – Hynaisova
• 5. Location - Hejčín – Dolní hejčínská, Štolbova, Mrštíkovo nám., U Mlýnského potoka - entry and exit from this area will not be possible from 6 pm to 9 pm
• 6. Location - Černovír, Kláštěrní Hradisko - entry and exit from this area will not be possible between 6 pm - 8:30 pm
• 7. Location - Koželužská, Sokolská, Hanáckého pluku, Zámečnická, Slovenská, U Hradeb – entry and exit from this area will not be possible from 6 pm - 10:30 pm, then possible exit by street Sokolská – Legionářská - Hynaisova
• Velkomoravská – Foerstrova is in operation at all times
• Třída Kosmonautů is in operation one way from Šantovka to the railway station

The police of the Czech Republic occupy important crossroads along the route of the race from 6 pm to approx. 10:30 pm. The transport will be coordinated by the Police of the Czech Republic.
