Health regulations
Only those runners who have submitted a certificate of:
- a negative PCR test for the presence of Covid-19 disease, not older than 7 days, or
- a negative antigen test for Covid-19 disease not older than 72 hours, or
- completion of vaccination according to the current government regulation, at least 14 days after the second dose, or
- having had the disease within the last 180 days.
All data refers to the date (and time) of the race. Thank you for your cooperation
Please also note the following precautions:

| Respirators will be mandatory in Expo and wherever spacing of at least 2 metres cannot be maintained. | There are many disinfection stations all around. Don’t be afraid to use it. |

| We will start in for waves (each of maximum 500 runners). First start will be at 5.30 P.M., next one every 20 minutes. | No showers, taping or massages in technical area (changing rooms and bag deposit will be ready, limited people inside). |

| The sortiment on refreshment stations will be limited. Sugar and salt will be in small packs, there will be no sponges or cut bananas. Fruits will be available at the finish. | If you don’t feel good, don’t participate in the race. You will protect yourself and also everyone else. |

| Celebrate at home with your family, there will be no after-race party. | The corridors have been significantly enlarged, so each runner can have at least 2 meters of space around him. |

| There will be a preventive measurement of the competitors’ temperature on the spot. | By registering in the race, the runners agree with the rules of the race. Please study them carefully! All rules you can find at www.runczech.com, section „for runners“. |
