Start number

Collection is possible at Running Expo. You can also use online authorization to start number collection or power of attorney, if you are not able to pick-up your starting number yourself.

General rules

It is strictly forbidden to use roller-skates, bicycles or other means of transport, or to go on the course with a child’s pram, run with dogs or carry children. Participation in the race is at participants’ own risk. For more information go here.

Time limit

Time limit is 45 minutes for adidas Women’s Race 5 km (since the start of the race - gunshot). The limit time is listed for each kilometer in the map of the race. All runners behind this time must leave from the course and end their participation in the race for safety reasons.

Chip and Timekeeping

Timekeeping will be tracked through chips, which will be attached to the back of the start number, and which must not be removed at any time during the race. Remember – NO CHIP = NO TIME! Your start number must be fixed visibly on your chest. Safety-pins will be included in the envelope containing your start number. Chips are disposable. In a team race are runners results summed into a team result.

How to get the start? 

On the race day use the metro to get to the start. The best way to reach the technical area is from the Můstek metro station (lines A and B) or the Muzeum metro station (lines A and C). To get straight to the start you can come to the Můstek metro station or the Náměstí Republiky metro station (line B – with exit on Masarykovo railway station).

Access for vehicles, buses and trams traffic is limited in the city centre on the race day. Your start number is also a public transport ticket valid on the race day from 4 p.m. till 9 p.m. We recommend to park your car on the special parking places P+R or in the distant districts of Prague. You can find a list of traffic limitations at www.runczech.com and the information about the public transport and the P+R parking places at www.dpp.cz.

Technical area

Is situated on the Wenceslas Square. Entry only with a start number. Open for participants adidas Women’s Race 5 km from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and for participants Birell 10 km Race from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. There are toilets, changing rooms, bag deposit, massages and taping, after race you can find there showers and medal engraving.

Bag deposit for adidas Women’s Race 5 km

Open from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.; arranging according to the last two numbers of you start number. Maximum accepted bag size is 25×35×50 cm. We recommend to use the official race sacks which you got in the Expo.

Start corridor

Find your corridor according the label “group” on your start number. Entrance only for runners with valid start number.

For adidas Women´s Race 5 km corridors are open from 5:30 p.m.

Pacemakers

Are clearly visible according to times (adidas Women´s Race 5 km)  0:25 | 0:30. The pacemakers will be standing in the appropriate corridors according to times.

Refreshment Points

Will be located at the 3 km (Mattoni water and water sponges) and at finish area (Mattoni water, Gatorade isotonic drink and Fruit from Kaufland) for adidas Women´s Race 5 km.

Toilets

Are placed at every refreshment point, technical area and at the start and finish.

Medical Service

Will be available at the start, the finish, technical area and along the course. If you need to call an ambulance, ask a volunteer or call the emergency services on number 155 and tell them your starting number. If you are not feeling well or have recently been ill it’s best to not take part in the race.

There will be more than 10 medical points marked with banners and flags of Aid Station, 4 mobile teams with AED and ambulance points along the course.

On the back of your number fill in all important information about your state of health for the case of medical assistance.

After the race 

Finish Photographs

Photos from tha race will be availaible for free circa 3 days after the race at www.marathon-photos.com. 

Result service 

Results will be published after the race as soon as possible. For the standing is determining the official time, count since starting shot. You can contact us if there is some mistake in your result within 5 working days after the race.
